Saltire Scientific provides support on the use of its products through e-mail.

our website. If you have special ordering needs, or a question

Saltire Scientific will gladly replace products
which are defective due to error in production or materials
free of charge (not including the cost of shipping.) This
does not include normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product.
Contact Saltire's support through the e-mail in the event
of malfunction, we may be able to troubleshoot your problem.
All replacements are subject to authorization by Saltire Scientific.
